Since opening in South Africa, fluid/sa has taken the opportunity to work with and help local entrepreneurs on a more grass-roots level than anticipated.
The ideal customer profile of our Amazon agency was firms with established products and brands. This came to be since fluid/sa’s founder was trained at a leading Amazon agency in Europe/USA (TRD-Solutions) and dealt with mostly entrenched brand names.
However, since launching operations in South Africa, we added to our mission. The entrepreneurial energy of South Africans of all demographics has been astounding, as resourceful citizens seek to benefit from Amazon’s African launch.
While our primary partners are still larger brands, fluid/sa opened in South Africa to be a part of this developing economy, which encouraged us to re-assess our model as swarms of solopreneurs looked for Amazon assistance. To this extent, we have provided extensive free consultations, training, and discounted account setups.
Our lean set-up and capacity enable us to find solutions for all of our partners. Now, together with providing our more typical full-package services to larger national companies, we proudly support side hustlers and solopreneurs.
